Mandatory Uncut Unboxing Video
To keep everything fair, you must record a full uncut video of the package being opened. This video must clearly show:
The sealed parcel
You opening it without cuts or edits
The product inside
The defect/damage (if any)
Without this video, I cannot approve replacements or returns.
Accepted Reasons for Return/Replacement
I will consider a return or replacement if:
The product is damaged or defective on arrival
You provide full unboxing video proof + photos
Not Accepted
I cannot accept requests for:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size
Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect use
Returns without original packaging
Items damaged due to customer handling
Refunds, if approved, will be sent back to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation
You can request a cancellation before your order is shipped. Once the shipping process starts, cancellations will not be possible.
