Our refund and returns policy depends entirely on the type of product you purchase. Since the store primarily deals in digital game keys, the rules are different from standard retail. For the physical goods we do carry, our support and return window lasts 30 days.
Digital Goods (Strictly Non-Returnable) All sales on digital items including game keys, downloadable software products, and digital gift cards are strictly final. Because a digital key is revealed immediately and cannot be returned to the shelf, digital goods are not covered by any refund or return policy. The Only Exception: If 48 hours have passed since your purchase and your digital order has still not been delivered, you are entitled to a full, 100% refund.
Physical Goods (30-Day Policy) If you purchased a physical item, our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your physical item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Refunds Once your physical return is received and inspected, or your 48-hour digital non-delivery is confirmed, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
Sale items Only regular-priced physical items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged out of the box. If you need to exchange it for the exact same item, please reach out via the contact page first for instructions.
Shipping Returns You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your physical item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
