30-Day Support
I provide support for 30 days from the date you receive your product. Any return, refund, or replacement request must be made within this time frame.
Digital Goods
All digital products are non-refundable. Once delivered or downloaded, I canโt offer refunds or returns for digital items.
Before Requesting a Return or Replacement
Because I run this website alone and need full transparency, I require an uncut unpacking video when you open your package. This video should clearly show:
The sealed package
You opening it without any cuts or edits
The product inside
The issue or defect (if any)
Without this video, I wonโt be able to accept return or replacement requests. This protects both of us.
When I Accept Returns / Replacements
I only accept requests if:
The product arrives damaged or defective
You provide a proper uncut unpacking video and photos as proof
I do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong product
Small cosmetic imperfections that do not affect how the product works
I will review everything personally, and decisions will be made at my discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
Digital goods
Products damaged due to misuse
Items sent back without original packaging
Products without valid unpacking proof
Refunds
If your request is approved:
Iโll refund the amount to your original payment method.
