General Store Rules & Purchasing Agreement By placing an order, you agree that you are fully responsible for what you are buying always double-check the game, platform, and region before checking out. Because of the nature of digital items, refunds are strictly not available for digital goods (game keys and software) once they are sent. If you purchase a physical item from the store, you are covered by a 30-day support policy. Please keep in mind that this site is run by one person who also works a corporate job, so while delivery is usually fast (5 minutes to 2 hours), it might occasionally take longer. Furthermore, I keep my margins extremely low just to keep the site running and provide reasonable prices to the community. Because the digital key market fluctuates, your order might occasionally be put on hold or cancelled if the market price suddenly changes. If this happens, I will notify you immediately, and it will be entirely up to you whether you want a full refund or prefer to pay the extra difference to get the key.
Delivery Times & The 48-Hour Guarantee Standard delivery takes between 5 minutes and 2 hours. If there is a delay due to system errors or my work schedule, please allow up to 24 to 48 hours. If 48 hours pass and your key has still not been delivered, your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a full 100% refund.
Product Activation Game Keys India provides the activation code, but we do not own the platforms (Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.). We guarantee the key is valid at the time of purchase, but you must have the correct platform and an internet connection to redeem it.
Fraud Protection To protect against chargeback fraud and stolen payment methods, Game Keys India reserves the right to cancel any order that gets flagged by our payment processors as suspicious.
Region Locks & Hardware Requirements It is entirely the buyer’s responsibility to check the region and platform of the key before purchasing. If you buy a key locked to a specific region (for example, a US-only Xbox key) and you live in India, or if you purchase a PC game that your computer does not meet the minimum hardware requirements to run, you will not receive a refund. Please read the product descriptions carefully.
Age Restrictions By using Game Keys India to make a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or you are purchasing with the explicit permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who owns the payment method being used.
Right to Refuse Service As a solo-run platform, Game Keys India reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or permanently ban any user who attempts to defraud the system, issues fake chargebacks, exploits glitches, or engages in abusive behavior toward support.
